Hydraulic Power Units (HPUs)

Hydraulic Power Units (HPUs) are designed to provide low and high pressure filtered hydraulic fluid to topside and subsea control valves.

Intervention & Workover Control Systems (IWOCS)

Intervention Workover Control Systems (IWOCS) are designed to enable intervention and completion work on wells through existing subsea systems or control of customer specific intervention tooling.

Wellhead Control Panels (WHCPs)

Wellhead Control Panels are designed for monitoring, controlling and shutdown of Subsurface Controlled Safety Valves (SCSSV), Surface Safety Valves (SSV), Master Valves (MV), Wing Valves (WV) and other wellhead safety valves (e.g. Choke, ESD, HIPPS).

Topside Umbilical Termination Units (TUTUs)

Topside Umbilical Termination Units (TUTUs) are designed and manufactured to individual project specifications or client developed design philosophies.  We have the technical expertise to design this standalone module for liquids or gases to all international standards.

Chemical Injection Units (CIUs)

Chemical Injection Units can deliver a highly accurate and repeatable dosage of a wide range of chemicals; they can deliver at a fixed pressure or to a required flow rate with closed loop feedback.

Pressurised Control Cabins (PCCs)

Pressurised Control Cabins create a safe area office environment for personnel and equipment, with built in HVAC and power control systems. They can be sized to contain the varied equipment requirements and personnel numbers to suit each application.

Hydraulic Services

Hydraulic specialists are available 24/7 providing services such as pressure testing and flushing, surveys and remedial works, modifications, small bore tube inspections and preventative and corrective maintenance routines.

Electrical and Instrumentation Services

Offering a wide range of Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) services from design, manufacture, test, commissioning, on-going maintenance through to end of life decommissioning. The E&I department are able to provide hazardous area inspection services to DSEAR compliance using approved COMPEX certified technicians and full remedial works when requested.
