Novus Sealing Nigeria Limited manufactures and distributes a wide range of sealing and sheet jointing materials for use in the oil and gas industry. The company has a technical partnership with the Flexitallic Group (Novus brand), a global leader in the manufacture and supply of high quality, high value industrial static sealing products and the developer of the spiral wound gasket in 1912 in the US.
Our technical strength lies in competence and experience we have built over the years and support of our technical partner with reference to – factory set up and machine maintenance, training and re–training of staff, raw material sourcing, seamless communication to resolve technical issues.
Thus, our relationship replicates the quality standards of Novus products in Nigeria.
Gasket Production
The facility has the capacity to produce high quality gasket of various sizes (small, medium & large) and styles. The gaskets are designed for low stress to high pressure and for low to high temperature application. The gaskets are produced to ASME B16.5, B16.20 flange standards or to any standard as may be requested by clients.
